Upon Waking
Exercise/deep breathing: Perform functional fitness exercises for 5 minutes (one round of exercises is found in Key #4, pages 138â45) and do deep-breathing exercises for 5 minutes.
Body therapy: Take a hot and cold shower. After a normal shower, alternate 60 seconds of water as hot as you can stand it with 60 seconds of water as cold as you can stand it. Repeat cycle twice for a total of 4 minutes, finishing with cold.
